Altar Servers Day of the Parish was held. The Sunday mass of the Queen Of Angels' Church - Rawathawatte was organized by the Altar Servers in line with occasion. The Assistant Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Prasanna Fernando was the chief celebrant of the occasion. The Altar servers parents were honored for guiding there child into a valuable service.

"Today you are called to the altar to be honored. But in the future it is the greatest honer to one day see your child bow to you and turn away leaving you to the altar to serve God. It is something I would also hope to see". -Rev. Fr. Prasanna Fernando concluding the mass.

After mass the previous Altar Servers were thanked by the Priest for the great service they have rendered and given a cake to shared with the existing altar servers.
