His Lordship Maxwell Silva who is one of the newly appointed Auxiluary Bishops in the Archdiocese was welcomed by the people of his home town of Moratuwa. Moratuwa Mayor Saman Lal Fernando welcomed his Lordship at the Junction. His Lordship was escorted from the Katubedda Junction around Moratuwa in a parade.
