The Easter Sunday mass was held at the Queen Of Angels' Church by the Assistant Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Prasanna Fernando and coincidentally was day of his First Ordination Anniversary. After a mass devotees on foot went around the town of Moratuwa in procession with the statue of the Risen Lord Jesus Christ. After returning to the church a blessing was given from the statue by Rev. Fr. Prasanna Fernando who also cut his anniversary cake, Rev. Fr. Tyronne Perera (Parish Priest) was also present at the occasion.
