After Holy Mass the Blessed statue of St. Francis Xavier, Angulana was taken around the area of Angulana. The statue was greeted by the people of the area disregarding their religion as they engaged in going under the blessed statue seeking his blessings for their lives. It is a 143 year old tradition of the area.

After returning to the church. Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Shamira Cooray blessed the congregation with the 143 year old miraculous statue of St. Francis Xavier.
