The new Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Shamira Nirosh Cooray was welcomed by the congregation of Rawathawatte Queen of Angels' Church. Rev. Fr. Tyronne Perera (former Parish Priest), Rev. Fr. Christo Viraj Fernando (acting Parish Priest) were also present at the occasion.

Rev. Fr. Christo Viraj Fernando officially handed over the keys of the Rawathawatta Parish to Rev. Fr. Shamira. Rev. Fr. Christo Viraj Fernando and Rev. Fr. Tyronne Perera were given farewell gifts from the Parish.
