A friendly cricket match between the Zones of the Rawathawatte Parish was held at the School Deaf grounds with the hopes of raising understanding, friendship, and team effort between the zones. There was also a match between the altar-servers in the Parish in which the Lunawa group won.

A special match between the mothers and daughters of the parish was also held, in which the daughters won.

The Final match was won by the First Zone after a tough competition with the 4th Zone. The Parish Priests (Rev. Fr. Tyronne Perera and Rev. Fr. Prasanna Fernando) embraced the occasion. A large gathering was present to cheer the crowed.
