Thursday, 3rd of May 2012 Rev. Sr. Mary Eliza who was the head nun of the Prem Nivasa - Sisters of Missionaries of Charity Mother Theresa's was given a Thanks giving service at the Prem Nivasa Chapel for the service she had rendered. The Sister who was the first Mother Theresa's Charity sister to be imprisoned in the whole world was a spot light of many media organizations which haphazardly reported wrong information about the prestigious organization.
Rev. Sr. Eliza at the end of her term has served the Sri Lankan poor for over 20 years and is honored for the service she did for all our children and adults she came across. She is to be considered a living, walking image of Mother Theresa and is a good example of a tolerative, kind hearten and forgiving human in the 21st century.
"Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 5:10)
Thank you Sister! May God Bless you!
